I will be going abroad my final quarter of school. I will be leaving the end of Winter quarter (during spring break), at the end of March, 2012. My lease goes until the end of June/ beginning of July 2012 so I will only be subleasing for 3 and 1/2 months;

I will be subleasing My Master Bedroom from late March, aprox the 25th to 10th of July 2012 (when lease ends). If you are looking for a place to stay before you find yourself settled for the new school year, this is a great place!


The apartment is a 2 bedroom. each bedroom has their own bathroom. Andrew, my current roommate, will continue to lease/live in his bedroom while I go abroad.


I have a wonderful apartment which I share with my apartment-mate Andrew. Andrew will be living with you in this 2 bedroom apartment. We each have our own bathroom. Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, everything you need. Wonderful living room and dining room. Patio with tree canopy, very beautiful. And high ceilings, very very attractive apartment.


I have the master bedroom, which has its own private bathroom (not the hall-way bathroom, which Andrew has to use) and is much larger than the regular/small size room. aprox. 20x14

We do not pay for water. Gas, electricity, and charter internet are the only bills.
it is located at 1080 Spruce St. right down the street from Canyon Crest, Watkins and Blaine. I ride my bike/walk to school and it takes me less than 15/10 minutes.


Staterbros, Kmart and local liquor stores are right around the corner on Iowa. the Blaine plaza (with Boba and Indian food and Bar) are right down the street.
there is a UCR trolley on the corner of the apartment complex and the church, just a few feet away from our apartment, making it easy for transportation.
